Location: HQ is in Bothell, WA
Compensation: Up to $150K OTE with a guaranteed base during ramp-up + uncapped commission

In this role, you’ll build relationships with commercial clients and provide solutions that help protect their people, properties, and businesses from pests.  Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Understand and adhere to Eastside Exterminators’ sales processes to ensure all sales meet company standards in effect at the time of sale.
  • Consistently achieve minimum monthly sales goals, while working toward higher sales budgets aligned with company V/TOs.
  • Work closely with management, remaining accountable for individual performance and overall sales objectives.
  • Effectively use the CRM system, including uploading contracts, entering appointments and results, documenting visit notes, providing accurate location instructions, and ensuring correct billing information.
  • Proactively solicit new commercial business through self-generated efforts to secure inspections, proposals, and ongoing pest management agreements.
  • Secure ongoing pest management agreements through company-generated leads when assigned.
  • Conduct regular client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and generate referral opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operations and service teams to support a smooth transition from sale to service.
  • Operate a company vehicle safely in compliance with all regulations and the Eastside Exterminators Vehicle Safety Policy.
  • Maintain flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed to meet business goals.
  • Perform limited pest management services when necessary (e.g., setting or replacing traps) to support client satisfaction, address urgent needs, or help secure customer commitment.
  •  Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B or consultative sales
  • A WA State Pest Control license (preferred-not required)
  • Strong work ethic with a self-driven, accountable mindset
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stay structured, and meet deadlines
  • Comfort using everyday business tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
  • Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen
 
Compensation & Earnings Potential:

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to $150,000 annually
  • Base Salary: $50,000 ongoing base
    Guaranteed Earnings Ramp (First 9 Months):
  • To support your success while you build your pipeline, we offer a guaranteed salary during your ramp-up period:
    • Months 1–3: $80,000 annualized guarantee
    • Months 4–6: $70,000 annualized guarantee
    • Months 7–9: $60,000 annualized guarantee
    • Month 10 onward: $50,000 base salary + commissions
    Commission Structure:
  • 10% of annual margin on non-recurring services
  • 15% of annual margin on recurring services
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
